Returns/Exchanges
Since we are a small operation, we DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. We offer exchanges within 15 days of the product being shipped on all unworn products, WITH THE EXCEPTION of costumes. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on costumes after October 15th. Freight on exchanges is paid by the consumer, unless there is an obvious defect in the product, which will be based on our discretion.
